HKIA Technovation Conference 2017
Motherapp participated in the annual HKIA Technovation Conference & Exhibition on 2 Nov 2017, held at Regent Airport Hotel by the Airport Authority of Hong Kong (AA). The conference and exhibition was a great medium for the aviation community and leading tech and intelligence solution companies to exchange ideas on ‘Data Analytics & Intelligence Applications’ – the theme of 2017.
As Hong Kong prepares for its transition into a smart city, the gateway of Hong Kong – it’s commercial airport serving over 70 million passengers annually has to be at the forefront in adopting technological advancements. This is especially so if it speeds up processes and aids in a smoother traveller flow.
The conference was an ideal platform for airport community members to learn the latest technology and solutions for operational efficiency and service excellence from multiple industry leaders. Data analytics application and related technologies that facilitate operational efficiency were presented at the conference, and Motherapp was present to showcase our latest internet of things (IOT) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
So what are they? Our video analytics and smart operational capabilities can be adapted to various physical objects as they function through cameras and sensors that are easily adaptable, virtual and completely autonomous. We also presented our latest technology in behaviour detection through the use of video analytics. Beyond being able to track and monitor people flow, you can now also track the behavioural patterns of your people and objects to aid in optimal efficiency in the workplace.
